"Responded to a mailer sent out by this agent, Scott Raley, and when I called I had questions about the quote process and I advised him that I had emailed him detailed information. He was very condescending and rude during the call. When he couldn't find the information, he said he was busy, and didn't want to do business with me and then hung up.
