"Things started off nicely, but went downhill after I had surgery. Dr. Homra seemed to think sticking to the same dosage regime was sufficient. And this was NOT minor surgery I kept trying to explain breakthrough pain to him, he didn't seem to get it. Which is why I am now looking for a new pain management doctor."
"I’ve suffered from chronic pain since 1984 after getting injured while in the Air Force. I went through multiple doctors, physical therapy and opioids as part of my treatment. That is until I found Dr. Firas Hijazi. He was the first one who actually listened to me and informed me of non narcotic alternatives. I now live with less pain overall but more importantly am not constantly living in a fog because of taking opioids as the means of control. I still have pain, as the injections wear off and the nerves grow back. But in the months between procedures I have more of a life. Able to drive without the fear of being a hazard to others or getting a dui. I highly recommend Dr. Firas Hijazi. I also recommend trying the injections and RFA as an alternative treatment option. Thank you to the Staff as well. I’ve been to all the offices and Alliance Surgery Center and consistently received professional, yet friendly service. I am going on around 10 years of treatment with Dr. Firas Hijazi. I also have lower spinal issues not shown in picture/diagram."

He took his time and explained everything he was doing step by step throughout the entire process. My pain has gotten significantly better since I’ve started treatment with him. His entire staff is so caring and polite. The young lady at the front desk is so kind as well as the lady in the procedure room. They definitely know their stuff!"
