"Very Poor Customer Service!!!!!!! One employee could not find my clothes so I had to wait for another employee to arrive to Welsh's. Once the other employee arrived to Welsh's, she walked in stood in front of me at the register and never spoke to me, just handed the clothes to the employee that couldn't find my clothing. How rude! The employee could have apologized for making me wait and it is common courtesy to speak to customers. Please have your employees trained on customer service skills. This was my first experience with Welsh's and it was a bad experience."

"My longtime go to cleaners for all my shirts and dry cleaning. They are the only place that understands "heavy starch" when they launder my shirts. Always courteous and have worked with me on the very rare occasions when a shirt or jacket went temporarily missing (maybe twice in 10 plus years). I would not go anywhere else."

"Like the others on here, I also had a terrible experience with Welsh's cleaners. I dropped off my wool coat on Tuesday November 20 and was told it would be ready the next day by 5:00PM. This was fine as I needed it for Thanksgiving weekend and the price was good. I show up the next day to pick up my coat and the college aged girl went and looked for my coat and came back to tell me it wasn't ready because the manager "forgot" to "de-fuzz" the coat as she called it. She said I could pick it up the day after Thanksgiving but I would be out of town. I bit my tongue and decided to wait. I came back Monday to pick the coat up and when I walk in all three employees (college girls) are on their phones not paying attention to the front desk and the same girl I talked to on the previous visit went to look for my coat. She couldn't find it until one of the other employees showed her where it was at. She said the coat once again had not been "de-fuzzed" as she called it and it would be a few minutes. She rolled it with a lint roller a few times and gave me the coat and even charged me full price!! What a crock!!! I will never use them again and hope anyone who sees these reviews understand that the customer service is infact terrible!"
