Whataburger

"its whataburger so the only.thing that could go wrong is the service. lady taking our order was sort of rude but it's fast food so I let it slide maybe she was having an off day. food was good and fresh though"

"Mz. Tee was amazing. She made sure we had our food and it was hot and ready. Best service I’ve had this this location open. Trynton was amazing on the lobby service too. Our time here was delightful"

"I was DoorDashing tonight when I had a double order come in. When my first order was done, the bag was unsealed. One of their team members, Jessica, recognized it immediately and got some stickers to seal the bag. When recognizing the kitchen didn't put napkins in the bag for my first order, she grabbed some napkins and placed them in the bag before sealing it. While waiting for my second order, Jessica was being very helpful. In fact, she was encouraging her fellow team members. For instance, she complimented a fellow worker who had clearly had a rough day and was earlier placed at the front during a rush. This worker was clearly feeling down, and Jessica quickly encouraged her and gave her a compliment about how good it was that they had her to help out earlier. It wasn't too long after this that my second order was "done." However, the kitchen forgot to get the two drinks for the order. Thus it was that Jessica stopped what she was doing(she was sweeping the floors at the front) to fill up the drinks for me. I was very surprised near the end that Jessica wasn't a shift supervisor or anything of the sort. From what I could see, she was the only one who was fully engaged in their job and the needs of their customers."

"Waited 40 minutes in line at the drive thru, as did those vehicles behind us that didn't give up and drive away after the first 20 minutes. When we finally made it to the window, we assured them we understand that things happen and people are in too much of a hurry most of the time anyways before we jokingly asked about getting a coupon or discount for the next time we ate there. Her response was "we don't give away free food just because". I must admit, it confused me because I didn't ask for free food and didn't expect even a coupon in all seriousness, but it did provide some clarity into why it took 40 minutes to prepare and serve a single biscuit and gravy I suppose. That was the 4th bad experience out of 4 total visits. Won't be back."

"Whataburger is always good. Maybe not the cheapest, but the most consistent fast food around. And I've never gotten a cold hamburger."
