"I went in for a doctor visit over 3 weeks ago and they submitted an MRI for the wrong ankle. I couldn't reach the office for 2 weeks because the phone system was not working. I tried emailing but that didn't work either. I finally reached the office today and the worker attitude was "oh well those things happens". Very unprofessional and very uncaring. NO one there is professional. They all are just collecting a check and don't care about their customer service or their professionalism."
"Christine that works at the front desk, I don’t think she usually works at this specific urgent care but she was there today, Went above and beyond to help me figure out what insurance I had. I even left to call Medicaid and she called me back saying she figured it out before I even found their number. The check in kiosk was also not working and I applaud her for her patience with people who couldn’t figure out how to do it online. What a genuinely just good person. Pay her more."

"I was seen on 10/28/23 and was very pleased. The wait was not long at all, unlike other times I have been there. The receptionist was very professional and efficient. The NP, Tracy, was super knowledgeable and practical in her doctoring. I really liked her and felt comfortable speaking with her. To boot, it is two days later and I feel 100% better! I will be sure to call ahead the next time I need to go to see if she is on duty. It was nice to get in and get out because when you’re feeling ill, all you want to do is get back home. Many thanks. You guys have really stepped up your game:)"
"Rushed to this urgent care, arrived at 7:35. To get treatment. They close at 8. The parking lot is empty. I was told they are too slammed to see me. Not a soul in the lobby . They told me to try another urgent care. I drove to both the other options in moss bluff which closed at 6. I returned at 7:45 to ask if they could make an exception, there was nowhere else to go. They said no. So I’m leaving in pain, and only needed antibiotics to help with an infection. Needless to say. I will never come back"
