Communication with the counselors is easy through the portal, and they respond quickly (sometimes even after hours, but I would understand if they were not able to). 3 members of my family have seen counselors here over a course of 5 years."
"Do not recommend. We saw Nadine twice, at once a week, to seek marriage counseling but when I called one Friday morning and told her the severity of everything and how I would like to increase visit frequency, I haven’t heard back from her. It’s now Tuesday."
