"I had Dr.Tyler and Crystal as my nurse. They were very kind an easy to speak with. They listened to my concerns an made me feel at ease in their care. This was an emergency visit and I was asked back before I was in the computer and the visit was right to the point all in all a great visit that relieved all my stress an pain."

"My fiancé has Gastroparesis and the doctors here think it’s all in her head. She has had tests done with proof of Gastroparesis. She just got discharged today even though she can’t keep anything down, her doctor said since she’s overweight it’s going to take her a long time to get malnourished. He then proceeded to tell her the reason behind her falling so much is because of her weight. You need to fix your doctors or shut down. This hospital is a serious joke."

"Absolutely worst Baby Doc I have ever been too. I hate that they are the only high risk OBGYN. (Well that I know of) The wait is the worst and now that the virus is going on. How the hello am I going to go to my doc apts with my husband working plus I have no family around to help. My god I’m going to have to give birth and hope and pray to god my child is healthy.."

"If there were a "Zero Star" rating, I would give them "0" Stars. First of all, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. When they do answer the phone, they really are not very knowledgeable or professional about giving the information that you are requesting. I was not even able to get an appointment to see a doctor at this place. After my Primary Care Physician sent a referral to this place, I called the following day to get information about when I would be able to schedule an appointment to see an Orthopedic doctor. The lady on the phone told me that it would take about 1 week to get my referral entered into the system, and then someone would call me to schedule an appointment. Well, 2 weeks later, I had not received a call from anyone about an appointment at this place. I called to inquire about getting an appointment, and when I spoke to the lady on the phone, she told me, "I don't know who you spoke to a couple of weeks ago, but you ain't getting in no time soon." (she wasn't very professional). So, I then gave her my information and asked her when I would possibly be able to make an appointment, and she replied, "your information has not even been entered into our system because we have been very busy over here." She also told me, "you will probably have to wait several months to get an appointment." Well, to make a long story short, I am finding out the hard way about the infamous "MEDICAID" merry-go-round. I called this place back and spoke to someone with a little more knowledge, and they told me that Medicaid is the reason that you have to wait so long to be seen at this place. What a joke...."

"This place has the worst ER I've ever been in. The nurse was very rude. They had the heat on so my grandmother was extremely nauseas because she couldn't cool down. I asked for ice packs several times and never got any. It took them over an hour to come in there each time we pressed the call button. I finally made them discharge her and we came back to Texarkana and I took her to St. Michael's and we got all the tests she needed within an hour versus sitting in this hospital for 6 with barely any help. And to top it off, it was very unclean. Do not recommend this ER at all. I don't know how the rest of the hospital is, so I can't comment on that."
