"I will never be returning to this urgent care! I realize now that I should have read recent ratings instead of an average rating I saw posted on google. The MA/nurse working me up made the worst impression despite the friendliness of receptionist. She was not friendly, became annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself due to my hearing loss and her wearing a mask, did not complete my medical/surgical history which was important in my situation, most things she did chart were not correct, and her lack of compassion was just disgusting. Then I had to wait 50 minutes to even see the provider when I know that I should have been the next person to be seen. I had to stick my head out in order to make sure I wasn’t forgotten."
"Everyone except nurse & assistant was super friendly. They weren't ugly but not friendly at all. I had appt at 9:30am & saw physician at 11:30 and lasted less than 20 seconds. Physisian & receptionist were super super nice. It's ashamed that 1 or 2 people not being friendly spoils the whole clinics rating. I kind of think they may have forgotten about me but I was right across from nurse station. Again, they weren't rude but not friendly. This message is only to improve your service."
"Brought my son in for fever and sore throat and we were seen quickly! Donna and Lauren were gentle and kind while doing vital signs and testing. Troy was excellent in explaining things to my son so he could understand! Wonderful experience from Jada at the front desk to the nurses Donna and Lauren and Troy PA!"
