"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! He is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unorganized. I had emailed, texted, and called him for months regarding my mom’s estate case and a handwriting specialist. I had to call him private to get a response and then he’d say he needs to look up the case and call me back, and he never did. He went to court on my behalf without consulting with me first, never sent me an he court docs, and provided a write up about what happened at court where he had done nothing I asked. He thought he was getting another $2k to go back to court for me…NO WAY! I found a new attorney who is on their business. I’ve filed a complaint with the Louisiana Bar Association on him."

"Mr. Malcolm at first made me feel confident in his work. I needed assistance with obtaining a copy of my fathers WILL.He was really nice to me and friendly. The problem came when he found out my brother had already filed my father's WILL with the court. The only thing he had done was typed up the papers to file with the court.Over a week had passed and the papers weren't filed.I asked him if I filed the papers myself and he just return the filing fee. When I tried contacting him he began ignoring my calls. I had to get my other lawyer firm to call him and he answered very quickly for them. This experience didn't make me feel comfortable knowing a lawyer can have your money then ignore your phone calls. I had to constantly ask when can I at least get my filing fee back? I gave Mr. Malcolm 1,125.00 dollars, he did return 445.00. Basically I lost over 700.00 for nothing. He is in his eighties and seems to be very forgetful about information relayed to him and does things quite slowly. I really would not recommend anyone doing business with him. He seems to be an okay person but very forgetful, and a little slow about somethings."

"My mon passed away, and I was in search of a Probabte attorney. Used this legal aid website and Malcom Robinson reached out to me. He made everything seems easy, even requested certain documents to get the filing started. Something in my gut told me, something was right. I went and did a search of his so called “office” it’s non exsistent. Searched him in the Louisiana bar association, found out nothing. Called his “office” from several different phone numbers and he answers “hello”. So glad I wised up and caught on to this, before paying this man 2,800 dollars! If you google map the location he has listed, it’ll take you to a completely different law firm! It’s a SCAM! It’s a SCAM!!!! It’s a SCAM! These people are buying leads through legit websites, which is scary. Please be careful!"

"I tried for 3 years to get a copy of a Succession completed by his office. I STILL don't have a copy. Malcolm does NOT call you back."

"I would like my paperwork or my money I gave him for drawing up and filing it plus giving him money for court cost. It was for succession i had to file and i am not stretching when I say it took every penny I could scrape together. I am 76 years old, widow, live on social security. How can he get by with this?"
