"When calling Audubon Fertility for the first time, the front desk staff were rude and said they were too busy to take my patient information and would call me back, but I never received a call. I called again a few days later, and the front desk staff were again rude and claimed they were too busy. They said they would return my call soon, they only did so after 4-5 hours. I paid a $50 refundable deposit to schedule an appointment but next day decided not to proceed with their services. I called the next day to request my deposit back and was told they would mail a check. After a week, when I had not received the check, I called and was told by the manager that it wasn’t in the accounting system but that she would process it and mail it. Another week passed, and when I called again, I was told the manager was at lunch and would return my call, but I never received a call back."
