"First off the woman either has a resting B face or just plain rude! We we're being nice like always, she never smiled once. The truck was due back for 10 a.m. we were here for 9:55 a.m. been calling over and over and over even knocked on the house next door but nobody answers and we needed to get our cash deposit back we are in the process of moving so it's not like we have all day... So thanks for being rude, no courtesy, no respect for others on a time limit!!! Grouchiest old lady!!"
