"Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. No one should rent from this location if possible. The business practices are deplorable. I am just disappointed and disgusted. I visited the apartment complex weeks ahead of signing the lease. I originally wanted an apartment with a balcony. However, they are only available on the third floor when they are “available.” Instead, I was shown a unit with 2 walk-in closets which we discussed as the type of unit I wanted. When I moved in, I was NOT given the unit we discussed. Funny enough, the unit I viewed and discussed was no where to be found on the website. It was almost as though it vanished. Of course, I had a heated discussion with the leasing office and property owners about rectifying the situation. They told me that I could pay extra for a similar unit or pay 2 months of rent to break the lease. On top of that, I was told that parking along the street was optional. I was not going to originally pay for garage parking at first. Then, when I moved in, the entire street had been robbed with broken glass everywhere. I was not leaving my car along the street. So, I had to pay an extra $200 for parking in a small garage with hardly any spaces. You are lucky to get a space in the afternoon or at night. Then, you prefer you to use their wifi company- OneLink. For almost $100 per month, the service could be better. It is already difficult to get phone service in the building. I felt like the wifi speed was terrible, and I was paying for a high speed service due to streaming on my televisions. For luxury apartments, I think the description is an exaggeration. Just because you lifted some ideas from Pinterest posts about installing stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and white cabinets to give a contemporary look does not mean you are a “luxury” apartment. This is coming from someone who has lived in multiple states. Just look at other options before making a decision at this particular location or their sister property, The Georgian."

"Honestly, rocky start for me, but I'm really hoping my experience will improve. I want to like it here. I took one star away because I was left not feeling very happy. Trying my best to be reasonable. Brianne is really nice in the leasing office and Bryce from maintenence is awesome as well. The apartments are like the photos. Pool area and lounge areas are nice. I like the overall vibe here. I would recommend, I hope in the future the paperwork goes through more smoothly. I really don't like suprises."

"Me and my friend was looking around and stumble upon these apartments on Josephine st. We met a wonderful staff member name Brianne who was super friendly and made you feel at home. The place is gorgeous and very nice and clean on the inside. The amenities is the deal breaker with the pool and the gym access. So if you want help looking for an apartment go to Brianne for help."

"I had the pleasure of meeting and touring with Ariel. She was very informative and helpful through the application process. She showed me all the amazing amenities they offer! She also gave me some recommendations for great restaurants in the area that i loved and that were in short distance from the property!!! I cannot wait to bring my partner back to tour this facility and hopefully make it our home!"
