"Being new to the town mr bruce has made me and my family feel more welcomed in this apartment complex , very nice 3 bedroom and convenient for me and my husband's job route , kids catch bus across the street for school , everyone in.the complex is friendly if there is anything wrong with your apartment bruce sends some one right away ! If you have any problems you alwAys feel comfortable going to bruce about the situation . I think he does a wonderful job and I.am glad to be a resident at dali place apartments !"

"Horrible!!! Very small 3bd apt and the A/C unit can't keep up with the heat. I've had to run alot of weatherstripping around doors and windows because the building is just old. Wake up to roaches daily despite the cleanliness of ur apt. Was told by landlord this was a quiet place, which was really what I needed, but some tenants are loud and out all times of the night (3am). People throw their trash anywhere but in the dumpster (for Christmas a half eaten turkey was in the driving area). The dryers hardly work as I started going to the laundry mat to do my washing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who could afford/find better. Very ghetto over there."

"I was so excited when I first moved in. Ms. Jody was great! I loved the size and the layout and the fact that each building only had 4 apartments. I moved in February when the weather was still good, but as soon as summer came, my AC couldn't keep up. I kept putting in work orders and they would "fix it" , then I was finally told "well the sun shines right on the back of your apartment so the AC unit just can't keep up and will run the entire time and no you can NOT put a window unit in" that was summer 2013 when the temp stayed 100 or more 90% of the time. The office was pretty much never open. When you sign the lease you will be told how safe it is and how there is a curfew , that you can't be gathered around outside after a certain time... none of that is true. People are always hanging out outside all day and all night, blocking the stairs when you're trying to just get to your apartment. The washers and dryers are crammed into a super tiny room, and they are only available during office hours. I didn't feel safe going to and from my apartment at night due to guys basicly cat calling. My building ended up with a horrible roach infestation. We each had to be treated by the included "pest control " but they weren't sure where the roaches were coming from (it was definitely one of the downstairs neighbors who was loud 24/7 but would flip out on me when my toddler would try and play and walk/run through the apartment) during the infestation issue the landlord literally came in randomly to see if I was the problem , I had 3-4 dishes in the sink from lunch an hour or 2 earlier and she was like "you can't leave dishes like that. That's probably why we have roaches" many people warned me about those apartments when I signed the lease but I was just so excited to find something big enough that I could afford, but it turned out to be a bad experience. That whole area is just... excuse my word, ghetto."
