Cypress Meadows Subdivision Homeowners Association is a vibrant community located in Broussard, Louisiana, offering a family-friendly atmosphere with over 500 homes. Our convenient location near Ambassador Caffrey provides a peaceful retreat outside the city while still being easily accessible to Lafayette and surrounding areas. Residents can enjoy amenities such as private fishing ponds, playgrounds, and scenic walking paths throughout our extensive greenspace.
We are currently accepting bids for our annual lawncare and landscaping contract, as well as seeking volunteers to join various committees such as communications, financials, and socials. If you're interested in getting involved and making a difference in your community, please reach out to us via email or sign up for a committee on our website.
For events or gatherings, please submit a reservation form at least 14 days in advance, and check out our Board of Directors page for meeting minutes. We're excited to announce our new storage facility just outside the neighborhood, providing easy access to our association-owned supplies.

"I get it is summer, but this is ridiculous. Kids don’t get to drive unlicensed on “golf” carts or go carts. This should not be the process permitted. Others paid for houses and pay dues. I called Broussard PD, and I will continue to until this board deals w/ the issue in a news letter to everyone in the neighborhood. It is time the board also sets violations for home owners. Call me crazy but I think that is what an hoa should do. If not, they shouldn’t be charging dues!"
"It was good just went spend time with my Dad and to watch the Saints play the Eagles in the Divisional playoff game. Which they won that game but then lost to the Rams which I'm kind of still mad about."
"Visited this neighborhood on several occasions. Clean, well maintained, friendly people. Homes are stylish and inviting. Seems like great place to live and raise a family. Quality builders are present and seem to offer a variety of appealing home designs. Particularly impressed with Shoeffler Homes. Lots of "extras" as a standard offering. They are building one at 204 Windy Feather right now. Watch the miracle in progress. Beautifully landscaped traffic circles provide safe access and navigation through the neighborhood. Quick access to schools, shopping and entertainment."
