Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the surgical date to receive a refund of the deposit; any cancellations made after this deadline will result in forfeiting the deposit. Final payment must be made at the time of surgical discharge, and all deposits are final and nonrefundable regardless of the outcome of the procedure.
