Asked for root beer which was on the menu and was told they don’t carry that - when we mentioning that is should take it off of the menu then the rude lady excuse me what do you mean and we explained if they don’t carry root beer then it shouldn’t be on the menu. Management definitely needs to step in and work on customer service training because it is definitely unexceptional the 2 different times we have visited after moving here 2 weeks ago. I ordered red beans as rice as a side with my 3 piece thigh and there was only 6 beans in the rice and almost nothing else see photo for reference."
