"I received flowers for Mothers day 4 days late, when they did get here at 6:30 Tuesday night they are wilted and brown. To say they were a 90.00 arrangement is sad, I would not recommend this florist at all. I can't even give a star!!!! But was unable to post without leaving 1 star"

"I hate writing a bad review, but my experience was less than par. I had flowers delivered for my birthday, but they were left in our package box by the road! Needless to say, the flowers were dead. I called the next day and spoke to the owner. He said he would send out another arrangement at no charge. Two days later, FTD contacted them to make it right. They did try to deliver, but we weren’t home. They said they tried to call but we didn’t answer. My phone never rang. They said they would deliver the next day, but would call first. On day three, still nothing! I had my son get a refund. This is ridiculous!!"

"I hate to write less than reviews on any business. But I feel the need to this time. I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my wife for her birthday . I went on the website picked out the one I wanted and before purchasing. I called to make sure there would be no issues with delivery and product bc I was just told by another flower shop they were out of some of the flowers they needed for the arrangement.. I was told there were no issues .. Well my wife calls me to let me know she got them and they made her day. I don't buy flowers often. So I ask her to send me a picture of them. When I received the picture I was in shock . The arrangement they sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called the flower shop and explained who I was and ask why they didn't send what I ordered. The lady tells me they didn't have the enough flowers to fill the order. I said when I called why didn't you tell me this . She said sorry can I send her another arrangement tomorrow . I said no she won't be there tomorrow. She said I'll refund your money . And she did . That's why I gave only 3 stars instead of less. Highly upset can't believe she didn't call me before sending flowers out"

"My elderly mother has a thick Korean accent and was disappointed when other florists wouldn't work with her to achieve her vision. Scott at Unique Designs was so patient with my mom and created a beautiful bouquet for my wife who was grieving the death of her father. Scott, thank you so much for your kindness and excellence! Blessings!"

"I ordered through From You Flowers & Unique Designs filled the order. After my order did not arrive yesterday (nor by noon today), I contacted From You. After doing their investigation, they advised an unsuccessful attempt was made to deliver yesterday at 2pm….that is a lie….no way could they have filled the order, then drove from Sulphur to South Lake Charles in the time frame they advised. I placed the order at approximately 1:00 pm….my cameras did not show any activity at that time nor did I receive any type notification that a delivery attempt had been made. Received the delivery this afternoon…..writing on the card is illegible. The flowers are pretty but look nothing like what I ordered. I would not use or recommend this florist."
