D1 Training Ascension

"My son goes there for athletic training and I can see an overall improvement in his athleticism. I am a middle aged mom and I decided to join since they offered a great package for adults. I have been going for over a month, and I am feeling with more energy. The facility is very well equipped, clean and organized. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and encouraging. "I must admit at first I thought that this was going to be another gym experience like all the rest,......BOY WAS I SURPRISED! !!!! Not only did accomplish what I set out to do, I found a family! The atmosphere is Phenomenal, the trainers are ,funny Smart , motivated great leaders, and knowledgeable ....I would recommend D1 for anyone who need motivation and a push to stay on track there system is key ton making sure that you don't slack or fall behind....I could go on and on talking about D1 so I will stop because there's this guy name BLAKE HILL (AWESOME GUY) I don't want him to think I like D1 fitness :)"

"I would recommend this gym to anyone at any stage of there fitness journey. Trainers are very knowledgeable and very detail during training session. As a former Division 1 basketball player these movements are exactly like training back in college. And for beginners the trainers always have alternative movement or workout for those who aren’t at that advance stages and will work with you ever session to get you there. They also really focus on doing the movement with perfect form to prevent injuries and getting the most out every rep.The facility has a family welcoming environment and makes working out fun and competitive. Best gym by far that I have been apart of and would recommend to anyone at any stage of there fitness journey."

"This is an awesome gym with very knowledgeable and helpful trainers! I enjoy the team aspects of the adult classes. It definitely makes exercising fun. I was new to weightlifting before joining D1, and all the coaches were great at modeling correct form and guiding me through the exercises, especially in the beginning when I needed a lot of help. I want to give a special shout out to Coach Carrie for always offering modifications for certain activities and always encouraging me throughout the workouts!"
