"wish i could give it -1 stars hands down WORST experience i’ve had in my life, gave me antibiotics wouldn’t tell me why. said i had multiple issues and refused to address them with me. when i got back there she asked what tooth hurt and said she doubts that’s what’s causing my pain but refused to address what she thinks it actually is. so i left work to come see about my health and still know nothing still clueless never going back"

"The assistant and receptionists were nice, but the actual dentist was rude and acted like me being there was wasting her time. I thought that maybe I just caught her on a bad day, but I've been there twice and she was incredibly unfriendly both times. I understand dentistry is a tough job, but don't take it out on your customers."

"They made me an appointment. I show up and they tell me they don't have me showing in the computer for an appointment. Was told they accept my insurance on the phone. Was told at the front desk that they don't. This place is a joke. Don't go here."

"Horrible. Wait time was okay, only waited for about 15 minutes after my appointment time. Dental assistant was great, very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. Everything after that was terrible, though. The dentist came in. I assumed she was the dentist, she never said her name or even addressed me aside from asking me multiple times if I was a smoker (I’m not, but I guess that was her way of saying I had stained teeth?). No “Hello” or “good morning” or “I’m Dr. So-and-So.” Just started rooting around mymouth with her tool and telling the assistant notes. Then left as soon as she came, probably looked in my mouth for less than a minute. Assistant then tells me about the dental work I supposedly need. I went in knowing that I have an abscess in a molar that I need either a root canal on or most likely an extraction. (I was told this by a world-renowned oral surgeon who removed my wisdom teeth a few months ago). This dentist told me (well, told the assistant to tell me) that I only need a filling in that tooth, and that I need an entirely different tooth extracted (that there was no problem in only months ago when the oral surgeon looked at my X-rays). I asked the assistant to tell the dentist that I had some questions for her, but apparently she was already in another procedure not even 30 seconds after she left my chair, so I would’ve had to wait I don’t know how long to ask her important questions about the treatment plan she literally just gave me (again, had the assistant give me. She didn’t seem bothered enough to even explain ANYTHING to me). And then reception. The receptionist was nice, but when I asked for a copy of the treatment plan, she had a confused look on her face, like she’d never been asked to give a patient a copy of their treatment plan before? She said she couldn’t do that, and the best she could do was give me a list of surgeons that could perform my tooth extraction. And then she scheduled me for my tooth filling in January, 3 months from now. After I left, I received an email saying “Congratulations! Your appointment for a filling is set for March!” MARCH. 6 months from now, even though I watched the receptionist schedule me for early January. Well, needless to say I won’t be there for that appointment. After this completely unprofessional and rude exam, followed by incompetent receptionist work, I will absolutely be looking for another dentist. This is just unacceptable. That is not how you treat patients or run a business."

"I absolutely love their energy and the environment. Miss crystal and the whole front desk office team get you settled in. The X-ray techs are absolutely amazing. The whole staff so incredibly awesome. I’m 37 years old and they settled me and my anxiety. Took their time on my x-rays. Took the time on cleaning my teeth and that area has such a smoothing environment. Their energy is amazing. Their team work and compassion for people is so on point. They made me so calm and everyone’s conversation was not rushed. They really listened and interacted with me. The same treatment went for my 2 kids. If you really want an establishment that cares about you and your teeth and calming you this is place for you.. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I dont give too many reviews but this place they deserve one. I will be a loyal customer to the end cuz they are so worth it"
