"Unlike some of the other reviews I'm not able to comment on the quality of their product however, my experience with their staff/customer service was lackluster with an end result of them canceling my order "This email is being sent to you to confirm that we have canceled, per your request, order GT87790 and refunded any amount due in accordance with our shipping policy.". I DID NOT cancel my order and when I got that email I tried to call them. They quite literally answer the call and hang up. Unprofessional and poor customer service at best. I'll go else where and I would suggest anyone else to do the same."
"I purchased knife and returned it. Nothing on website about 20% return & shipping deducted from amount which amounts to 29%. Two different websites and they refer you to Gerber-Tools.com I purchased it from Two-Point. Gerber refers you back to Them. Very Odd. Something wrong here wouldn't recommend buying here."
