"My experience with Dr. Sands has been nothing short of extraordinary. As soon as I walked in the office, I was greeted by Loren. She was so sweet and always had a big smile on her face. I was called back almost immediately after checking in. At this point I was nervous, excited and a million other different emotions. In walked Dr. Sands and he was the sweetest and most down to earth surgeon I had met with. He listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and explained in detail what needed to be done to achieve my desired end goal. He looked at photos that I brough in and I never once felt rushed. At this point I knew Dr. Sands would be the surgeon for me. A large sense of peace came over me. I was undecided between the size of two implants. He suggested that he would choose in the OR which would look better on my body. I was 200% confident that he understood what I wanted and would make the best decision for me. After that, Amber, the patient care coordinator took over. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help any way she could. She was able to work around my very busy schedule and I was scheduled for surgery less than a month later. She was an absolute angel on earth. I had a million questions that she was always happy to answer and if she couldn’t, she would find out and get right back to me. I live two hours away and she made the commutes for appointments as seamless as possible. Michelle, Dr. Sands’ nurse was also a blessing. She was great at my follow up appointments and answered any questions or concerns with patience and a smile. I also received lip filler after surgery and Dr. Sands made it look so natural… just enhanced. He is the best in the business and if I ever needed another cosmetic procedure, I would be back to see him and his team. I would highly recommend Dr. Sands to any friends and family members looking for a plastic surgeon.
