"Went in looking to get a 2nd monitor for my game building setup and they were out of stock of the one I wanted. The dude in computers was able to show me a comparatively priced Dell model that worked for my size! TWO notes- HATE the non best buy and mobile "employees" in there... They can be hell of annoying. 2nd note.. more for corporate.. STOCK YOUR DAMN STORE! There is no reason for shelves to be so empty cause this just drives me to want go order from Amazon Prime! The computer accessories and peripheral isle was abysmally stocked! Replenish better!"
"Definitely check all items purchased from this location immediately. Management insisted that somehow i did the damage upon removal out the box when you can plainly see the damage is the exact height of the box cradle the tv sits in. They would not honor the exchange/return/refund policy."
