"I will never be back, I have taken my son there for the past 10 months. I have never been there for less than 2 hours, waiting to be seen. Today was the last straw. As my son was screaming for the past hour because he needs helps, she walks down to feed her baby and ignore the 3 other patients. Then she finishes the visits with the 2 people that came in after we did. This was after the 4 months of her ignoring the stomach issues my son had. To all the moms that need real doctors help with their children. Go elsewhere I get it you need to take care of your own kid, but how about let the patients know what is going on. And then when asked when she is going to have time to take care of my child she slammed the door on us.. asked for my son’s medical records, told me she wouldn’t get them for me."
"Mrs. Jennifer is a wonderful ❤ She has been the Only person my teenager enjoyed going to for all their medical issues. The staff members are All extremely kind and courteous. The facility itself in very clean and inviting. Highly recommend Premier Pediatrics for any age child!"
"Maybe Jennifer is better with non autistic children. I would not and I mean not recommended her. Her solution is to be more stern with the child, even though we already are. She stood in the doorway one visit when they were having a meltdown, never came in."
