"Went prom dress shopping with my daughter, walked into Red Carpet happy, excited, etc........we were totally ignored. At no point were we greeted. I had to ask the lady if she worked there and she replied "yes"! At no point did she say I'll be right with you, give me a minute or anything else. As we walked out, she didn't say have a nice day or anything. Im assuming our money is wanted or valued. Will not be visiting Red Carpet ever again. Horrible customer service!"

It's really a well curated selection of show stopping looks, short, long, one piece, two piece, all the colors, cuts and shimmers. Grateful they've been around for 17 years! As well as they did an on the spot alteration, and were so nice. I’ve never been able to have that experience anywhere before."
"VERY Bad Experience! I went to buy a dress for my civil wedding, they didn't have the dress in the store but they told me they would help me order it. They took my measurements and I assumed that the dress would come with the measurements they took, and when my dress arrives (1 week before the wedding) It was 3 sizes too big. I ask them if they can help me and they tell me "once the dress is delivered, it's yours." Incredible that they don't even offer you help fixing it, a dress that I pay $900. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. In addition to paying a lot of money for the dress, I have to pay more to have it fixed. Incredible!"
