"Scammer Scammer! Had a friend bring car in. He melt kept it for almost a month requesting more and more money. When it was time to retrieve the "repaired" vehicle, it was worse off than before. He contacted Joe and was asked to bring the car back. After 2 weeks, Joe was requesting more money for the repairs. My friend picked up the vehicle. It died 3 times before making it home which is about .5 miles away!!"
"We were traveling from Lake Charles to New Orleans on Saturday during a never ending rainstorm and our windshield wipers stopped working. We called all around and Joe's was the only shop even willing to take a look at our SUV. He came into the shop even though it was closed and took the time to repair our wipers. There was a part in the wiper motors that needed to be repaired. There was no way we would have made it to NOLA with no windshield wipers. He removed the motors, repaired and replaced them all for a fraction of what I'm sure a dealership would've charged us. We received excellent service from someone who made us feel like family.
