"The most terrible body shop you could ever imagine. Brought the vehicle in where they pre-ordered all the parts . Then they called us to bring it back in when all the parts were on hand. Brought it in and have been waiting 6 weeks and they still say they are waiting on parts that were supposedly on hand before dropping it off in the first place... and they have no tracking to know when parts may come in. awful experience, would never bring another vehicle back."

"Will never bring a vehicle here again, 10/10 do not recommend. I’m not sure if they just don’t care or if they don’t know what they are doing. I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times for the SAME issue something as simple as the door not shutting- which they literally could see and still called me to pick my car up every-time. Also, got my car back absolutely disgusting- left footprints and dust all over car. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else!!!"

"I was in need of getting a dent repair on my driver side fender due to my sale person promising that she would fix it but never did but I remembered my insurance company referring me to this collision center in Shreveport so I decided to give them a call I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Ashley and Mrs.Shannon they were so helpful and friendly to me working around my schedule so I can meet with them and there team. They Truly helped me every step of the way Mrs. Shannon and her entire staff were always available to answer any questions I had and really took the time to explain the whole process with me and my sisters.
