Gracie United- Team Jucao Red River is a gym and health institution located at 3800 Monroe Highway in Pineville, Louisiana, United States. Led by Professor Rafael Ellwanger, our focus is on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a martial art that emphasizes leverage and proper technique to allow smaller individuals to defend against larger opponents. We also offer classes in mixed martial arts, with instruction from veterans of organizations like UFC, Strikeforce, and Bellator. Our students compete in sport grappling tournaments and MMA, but many train with us for self-defense and fitness purposes. We welcome individuals of all ages and genders to come try out our classes for free for one week.
