"I've been with this firm since January of this year. In the first 3 months, I feel I've been misrepresented. My first lawyer didn't stay on top of anything. I always had to contact her. Sometimes she wouldn't answer until I started calling from different phone numbers. She forgot about getting my MRI approved. I had to get on her about that. Once that was finally set up, I went to my appointment, everything was sent to her and she still didn't get back with me. I called repeatedly to hear that she was out for personal reasons and soon after that, she was no longer with the firm. I was told by another lawyer that the lawyer I had shouldn't have been on the case and that he was going to take over. I was told again I would get a call, never got it. After that, I was told I was getting another lawyer. I drove to Baton Rouge just to have that lady at the desk act like I had no reason to be upset until my wife stepped in and told her she wasn't listening. Then she had a nerve to say I was getting in her face. We ended up setting up an appointment to come in that Friday. We went over everything but it seemed funny how I can't get help after a positive MRI, I haven't worked since my accident, and I can't work now for sure. I chose Morris Bart because he says he's for the people, not big corporations!!! Mr. Bart if you read this, its good to start at the bottom and come up with a system. To where issues at the bottom really get to you at the top. I'm a real person who's going through real life things with a attorney who I thought was for the people, are you?"
