"Dr. Storment is truly the most incredible doctor I have ever had. His staff is also amazing and they made us feel like family. Infertility is a very difficult journey to navigate but Dr Storment quite literally held my hand through it all. He has sat with me as I’ve cried in fear, he has answered every question, he and his staff have taken every call. He is the doctor you wait your whole life for. "I've never given a low rating before, but definitely felt scammed (personally). I know there are so many people who had great successes from this company, but unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Here's my experience: During our visits, staff was extremely pleasant, and seem* genuinely trying to help. We went through a couple IUIs, but weren't bringing positive results. Nurse Skylar recommended IVF with the backing of some of here colleagues (which I don't remember names- b/c they only showed up when it was time to push another agenda for more $$$). After my husband and I decided not to go through with IVF, the calls stopped and they did not call for follow up and didn't move forward to put me on schedule to make sure my cysts on my ovaries were back to healthy size (at the time of IVF talk I had just found out I had a large cyst again, which they had been caring for prior to our denial to pursue IVF). They treated me like I was just another number. After reflecting on our time there, it was all a money scam for us. I am an African American woman married to a white man ,(now reflecting back) we don't believe settled with them. There staff isn't diverse (should've been a red flag for me). Success pictures on their walls had no brown babies. Since then all of my medical needs have been met and will be handled by African Americans in the medical field."
