The workshop team were incredibly helpful and patient - answering my questions about how to safely assemble and attach the wheel, and helping me when I get stuck putting the new tires on my wheels. Walked out of the store with my bike fully operational, and genuinely would not have been able to do it without their support. Friendly and incredibly helpful workshop team - grateful especially to Julian for his guidance on setting up the wheels and brakes safely, Lewis for his professional attitude and support, and Veronika and Martino for their elbow grease to help get the tyres on the wheels.
