“I took my wife here for our anniversary dinner, this was a week day due to childcare and the restaurant still had a lovely atmosphere, enough people to give a feeling of being in your own little bubble. We had a mixed platter to share to start, it was fantastic a very good size with a lovely selection. We both had a Tagine for our mains, I had the meatball with egg and the wife had lamb shank, they both came out extremely hot and the smell was amazing, neither dishes disappointed they were both beautiful. I also a had a pear and almond tart that I would highly recommend, a great finish to a lovely meal certainly worth a try. Staff were great very attentive without being intrusive. Also gave us a desert for free as it was our anniversary very nice touch, thank you.”

Remember this place on a Sunday evening when the rest of the Chalfont shops are closed Perks: Vast sweet selection One stop shop for almost all beers, ciders, wines and spirits.”

“Eddies is a friendly off licence and grocery shop. Owner is very much interested in customer feed back both to improve service and improve the range of product. Parking always available either in the front of the shop or nearby free car park which is only couple of minutes away. All day to day essentials are well stocked up. Some halal products such as sausages and salami are available in shop. Owner is willing to take orders for meat which can be delivered the following day however I have not tried this service yet. Overall a pleasant shopping experience every time you go in. Finally a much needed late night off licence and grocery for the area.”

“We had a nice experience at Glen Food & Wine. The shelves are fully-stocked. The lady behind the till patiently explained to us how to play the National Lottery. Another lady whom looks like she's new, she was learning on the job but stayed steady. I have a feeling she is mindful not to keeping customers waiting. “Not sure about the older reviews - I see mixed opinions; my experience with it - we just ordered from Rajeev after he moved to the Jolly Farmers pub. Food was very nice, arrived quick with no delivery fee and they’ve got a lot of mains in the menu that I never tried / you typically don’t find in most Indian restaurants. We’ll order again surely and looking forward for the summer to eat in at the pub garden.”
