“Rang Jo late on a Thursday as a birthday plan had gone wrong. Jo was really helpful, and got me sorted with a mixed bouquet delivered first thing the next morning. There were system issues with online and mobile banking (not Jo's issue) but she was really flexible and we worked through it quickly and easily. Sam was an absolute gent, gave his condolences and we went on to have a beautiful conversation, he also gave me some complimentary white flowers to give to my mum, he just went above and beyond. I was pretty specific on how I wanted my bridal bouquet to look like and sent Rie a photo and honestly, she created exactly the same bouquet it was perfection. Rie was great with suggestions for the guest table arrangements, we went back and forth on a few options and the tables looked beautiful.
