From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The team has made me even more loyal to the brand, and now I shop solely in store versus online. Obrigada!”

During the fitting period, we encountered a little issue to which Mohammed came directly to the site to address the issue and gave his professional advise to assess and correct the matter (even though the sale been completed). The team worked very closely with our fitters and Mohammed visited the project at different occasions to make sure everything was fitted clinically. Overall, amazing service and outstanding professionalism, would always recommend such good service to anyone buying a new kitchen and would always use them if l ever I have another opportunity to buy new kitchen.
