I have recently taken up DIY work, and the store-owner takes his time to provide a lot of guidance and advice on usage of various products needed e.g., on casing for light-bulb switches, types of screw driver heads, gardening wares, sealant guns and many more. He really helps me to make an informed decision before a purchase - this is why I am a loyal patron of his.”

“This review is abit overdue but have been very busy! I came in around a month ago and ordered an insane amount of paint. Over 200 litres which included around 30 different colours. I was helped by Ian and Tony. Tony was great and enthusiastic and a friendly man, and although his badge suggested that he was still learning- he knew what he was talking about! Ian was fantastic. The job took around 2 hours and he was very patient all throughout. He advised me on colours and went the extra mile to show me references and suggestions all while he was getting through the tedious list of mixes I needed. He was very professional and very knowledgable, not to mention he was very kind. He made this whole thing very pleasurable and was great to watch him work. He even helped me load all the paint into my van which was very kind. This paint was for a film and I will be recommending colleagues to come here in future for big orders as I know this place can handle it! Fantastic service all round and the mural turned out great thanks to the help of Ian and Tony. Thanks”

They’re a great bunch of people with so much knowledge, so eager to help, are patient and talk you clearly through options. They’ve been so accommodating to our last minute paint mixing requests, nothing has been too much of a pain for them and they’ve been so pleasant every time. They don’t just take your money for the sake of it, they actually advised us on buying less and coming back if we were to need more. We have other shops local to us, but would rather travel to this shop as they’re the best! The experience inside felt just as professionally polished: the products are well organised and accessible, staff are well-mannered and very knowledgeable, and the entire store was sparkly clean!
