I chatted with the brilliant young lady serving briefly and explained my lack of knowledge and very quickly we decided that the Beef, rice and peas for me. Every mouthful was a rollercoaster of flavours and spices and I am now massively Hooked. The beef was tender, but still a sealed crust to give a crunch to the food....
