“Really improved since we've visited last (about 5 years ago). Much bigger variety of produce to choose from - cold meats and fish, bread and dairy. Would love to have bigger choice of fresh veg but possibly they were sold out at the time.”

All under one roof and with no John Lewis at Watford, Lords is a mini version, but ample of choice in most things for the house..be it gardening supplies, kitchen ware, cookware BBQs, paints, DIY tools, storage etc..and you get to support the high street shops..what more can one ask. Also, certain items one wants to browse and purchase, so online isn't a choice all the time.”

“The store is spacious clean well stocked. Today asked for Macaroni as I did not see it, the shop assistant went round the back to see if they had it in stock. The cafe has a lovely variety of hot and cold beverages and food. The new autumn range of clothing is out now very nice. The staff are always willing to help.”

“Small but has a good range of meat and veg stuff. I happened to be in for both. Their was initially only one till open but as it was busy two other people jumped onto tills which eased any issues. Needed some washing capsules and they had this too with m&s range being decently priced. No issues and pleasant shop.”

“It has by far improved after alot since fall out of business partner leaving the place in debt. They have also improved on hygiene and have freshest meat and vegetables with variety increased since. It will be some time before the business recovers from the debt but what makes the this place original quality is there honesty and care for customers.”
