“Booked a takeaway a couple of hours in advance so it would be delivered just before the football. Arrived spot on time; was all very hot and the portions were massive! All the food was very, very good and I liked the extras such as a tray of salad and the free starter offer. Delivery guy was friendly, had the exact change ready and wasn't expecting a tip (he got one though). Will definitely be ordering again from them.”

“Delicious authentic Indian food! I have been here atleast 5 times now, and hence I’m here to give a comprehensive review. My personal favourite here is rasmalai cake (I would give 100 stars for just this dish, not joking!) and nihari biryani is great too. All starters were amazing, with “mumbaiya pepper zinga” and “lamb chops” as shows toppers. In-house cocktails “cosmopolitan” and “lychee gulab martini” are awesome!! Not had anything as such anywhere else. All the dishes I tried here had perfectly balanced Indian flavours that’s suits anybody’s taste. Pricing is a bit on the high end, but I would say the food quality and portion size is well worth the price. Ambience here is classy and the vibe suits any mood. It is well located in the heart of chingford mount and easy to acces via public transport or private vehicles. Staff is well mannered and respectful. Service is good and wait times for food are just as they are in any other fancy restaurant. It’s better to reserve a table before you go, as this place can get quite busy, specially during dinner time on weekends. It’s a good place for any occasion, may it be a family gathering or a first date. There is no specific dress code but usually everyone is dressed smart-casual. As an icing on the cake, this place is also a picture-perfect place for your snaps or insta posts. I’ve added some photos I took, you can have a look and decide for yourself. “The best Indian food around! Tons of options on the menu, very rich in flavour, for reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly, best if you check with them about a 'spicy' level of each dish (some meals are extremely hot). Option to bring your own drinks to the restaurant is a big plus!”

But if you're ever in the Hayes area, on the Uxbridge Road, do not hesitate visiting Grapes Tandoori. The food and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, courteous, and the food is superb. All dishes are cooked fresh, with generous portions, and the taste is amazing. I love spicy, so the vindaloo is my go to dish, usually it can be just chilly power hot, but this one was Incredible. Hot, yes but you could still taste all the other flavours a good curry should have - superb. and check out their mushroom rice -again unbeatable. I definitely will be going back.”

“Decided to give this restaurant a try. Have lived in Kensal rise for many years and have always walked by. Having read the most recent reviews on taste, I must say they are not wrong. Friendly welcome. Food portions are good. Food quality is brilliant. Food is fresh, not oily and very tasty. Chicken and prawn puree starters were delicious. Korma was light and very coconutty, Rogan Josh was full of flavour, mutton biryani was great soft tender lamb pieces, vegetarian thali was great and the pathia was very spicy but tasty. Price is pretty decent. It's such a shame the place isn't busier because it's an amazing little place. Will definitely be coming back.”

“We used to live nearby for a few years and never went there, although had heard good things about it. Then one evening off the cuff, we gave it a try and have been regulars ever since. There are very few Indian restaurants that are pretty full all week, so I always make a point of booking. We are always well looked after with a very reasonable bill and excellent food. They've been there over 30 years, so they must have got it right and I believe the decor is the original, so it's like going back to the past although no flock wallpaper, but magnificent portions. Usually crowded with nice customers. Highly recommended. Just booked for tomorrow now.”
