Great Father and daughter experience, Real top top quality food all made in front of us. We had the yellow tail sashimi, tuna, scallop nigiri, tempura prawn maki roll , salmon hand roll and maki, lovely ambience, b/g music, some great black and white photography of Japan on the wall. Great extensive menu, good prices to boot. Can't wait to go back and try something different.”

“Fantastic little Sushi takeaway and Japanese food mart. The fish was beautiful and fresh, the sushi rice well cooked and the wasabi hot. To top it all, service was exemplary and there are 4 seats in the window where you can eat in, which we did - good job as we went back a few times. Washed down with a few cups of Veg miso made a fantastic Sat morning. One grumble would be the use of those damn plastic fish of soy.... Unnecessary use of plastic guys. Highly recommended though.”

“Honestly would give more stars if I could. Placed my order for the first time here because of a promotion on Deliveroo and never ordered sushi from anyone else. The sushi is always so fresh and well made, and the menu is creative as well. The last time I ordered was a couple of days ago and man I wish I’d taken pictures because the time and attention to garnish was amazing. The sushi was seasoned to perfection too. They really outdid themselves. I also went to pick up an order once with my partner and the staff is super nice. On Deliveroo they handle their own delivery and the drivers always greet you with a smile and are very polite. Best sushi in the area in my opinion!”

It might not look like much from the outside but there's a reason why this place is packed from the moment it opens. Fantastic food, friendly helpful staff and unbelievable value for money. This is our go to if we’re not biting the bullet for 200 a head plus omakase options elsewhere. Simple, made to spec (wasabe or no wasabe, wasabe of course), and often with desirable specials. And BYO with negligible corkage!”
