Our work started after 2 weeks and took 4/5 days to complete. Puneet & Anil we’re our fitters and I have to say they were very professional and courteous. “We've had 2 kitchens from Alba Interiors! We had a beautiful Schuller kitchen designed and fitted by Alba in our previous house, which we loved and were very sad to leave behind. So when we moved to a period house in need of a major update we knew straight away we wanted to use Alba again for a complete kitchen renovation. Once again the whole process has been a joy and we're delighted with the result! This time we wanted a more classic feel so we chose a British Shaker style kitchen which complements the original features of the house perfectly. Dawn and the team produced a brilliant design to fit around an original fitted dresser and advised on all the finishing touches. Despite Covid challenges the process was impressively fast, smooth and stress-free. The fitting and installation was perfect and all the team on site were super friendly, tidy and respectful. We couldn't ask for more, it's been another fantastic experience and we would heartily recommend Alba to anyone looking for a beautiful new kitchen with quality service.”

The whole process, from design ideas, through multiple iterations of the layout, options on finishes and ultimately the upgrade to the signature cabinets and oak internals was seamless. Once the design was approved delivery and installation were managed as a finely co-ordinated project, and their fitters were superb. They worked quickly, quietly and attention to detail was meticulous. Minor delivery damage to units was expertly remedied, and the amount of comments we get on the quality of materials, fit and finish speak for themselves. “I performed a lot of research into mid-to-high range kitchens such as Howdens and John Lewis. I found that their approach was too objective, too focused on getting a quick sale, and not considerate of what we needed. This prompted me to look at an independent seller which is how I was recommended London Koncepts. As this was to a be a 'long term' kitchen we wanted to ensure that we didn't want to rush our choice. The manager looked at our plans closely, asked us lots of questions what we were trying to achieve (we're a family house, needing more storage, we like cooking a lot etc), our taste and of course, our budget. The manager was able to show us a great range of designs and rather than focus on us buying the most expensive product, quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was right. The team came to our house that week to size up the fitting and within a few days we had a great set of 3D drawings. As our kitchen is in a basement, the manager was able to explain the sort of worktops we needed, lighting and all fittings. From start to finish, the manager appraised us at each step of the delivery process, and we didn't have any issues regarding the kitchen parts (nothing broken or missing) or the fitting. I can't recommend London Koncepts highly enough. It isn't Wren or B&Q, it's a lot better than those so please don't waste your time if you're looking for a cheap kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen thanks to the manager.”

Their showrooms around the world are extremely well organised with the perfect arrangement to make the process of appreciation more attractive for customers or even to the architects. You’ll always find here what is the most on trending on this market. It’s obviously not affordable for mid-level decorative ideas but definitely fair prices once considering the very high quality, assembling etc. Check the pictures and take your own conclusions.”
