We had a small intimate wedding and having Emma with me felt as though I had a friend helping me to get ready! She took lots of care to make sure that I was happy with the style and made such an effort with my two sons and husband to be! I felt very comfortable and at ease and would definitely recommend Emma. We didn’t have a trial due to location differences but my hair was perfect and lasted all day and night.”

“Mark was the DJ with extras at our wedding...amazing entertainment everyone loved the playlist, happy and jolly all the way through this guy kept us dancing into the wee small hours, the lighting and signage was classy, effective and way better than traditional disco lights. He also was present for the whole ceremony using our chosen songs he provided the music at our outdoor venue at Flaxbourne Gardens, great sound and perfectly timed, again his jolly persona shining through. Mark as a extra also took random photographs throughout the whole day and played them throughout the day on screens. This was loved by not just us but all our guests, this is a truly magical must have at any event, his photography talents are amazing (If he needed a career change he is already there) he captured all those crazy omg moments, the emotional blips, the unposed smiles and the crazy moments missed by the photographer who was busy doing the planned stuff. Such a worthy extra added to our wedding. Mark I cannot thank you enough for sharing our special day and there is truly no one else that could have delivered the special touches that you did and in your unique jolly manner. “Edward James in Battersea offer a high quality service. The salon is situated amidst restaurants, pubs and Supermarkets on a main road, so is easily accessible. It is well presented and it is obvious that a lot of effort has been made to make the place look fancy and attract clientele of all ages. They also offer a number of hair products to those that maybe interested. The staff are exceptionally friendly from the time a customer walks in, regardless of how busy they are. They ensure that each customer is given full attention and care and this is obvious from the complimentary drinks and head and shoulder massages. My stylist Hayley, has been my stylist for approximately two years and has always done a great job. She is extremely friendly and professional and it's obvious that she has plenty of experience under her belt. She has never disappointed and gives her work her 100 percent as she ensures my hair look a lot better from when I first walked in. Her service is quite therapeutic and sometimes this is what is needed after a long day. I recommend her services to all.”

“Highly recommend Purely Diamonds! I have been on a receiving end of A* service! I purchased an engagement ring in 2020. Clare was fantastic and helped me pick a ring which my partner loved and couldn’t be happier with it! And I even managed to pick the correct ring size without her telling me (I found it a big achievement). I’d get an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds again, if I could get married twice! Fast forward 2.5 years and we noticed a stone had come fallen out of the band (it happens of course). I contacted PD and I received a swift response and stated I should send the ring in and they’ll check it over. The same day PD received the ring, they checked it over and told me it will be done free of charge with a clean/polish and was then sent back within 2 working days. Within 4 working days it was sent, received, fixed and sent back to us. Of course… Royal Mail had messed up and hadn’t delivered the ring after they’d received the package at my Local depot After a couple days, I decided to contact Purely Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Alex and Clare were on the case straight away with frequent updates and ensured me it will be sorted no matter Royal Mails outcome. (Becoming slightly worried as we are getting married in 2 months and making a claim is not a quick process). The ring turned up in the end… thankfully. But I had no doubt PD would have sorted it quickly for us if needed. Everytime I had contacted Purely Diamonds, I’d always have a response in less than a couple of hours. Which makes a massive difference, when you can expect to wait days with other companies. Many thanks Clare and Alex for the amazing service and communication! Definitely recommend!”
