"I purchased the 'Luxury Dried Tropical Flowers' bouquet as a gift for my Mum for Mothers Day. There was a slight delay in delivery (out of the control of Design by Nature) and the customer service I received from Emily was absolutely fantastic. With regard to the product itself, the bouquet was packaged brilliantly - as damage during transit is a common concern when receiving flowers via post - the flowers were in amazing condition and perfectly pre-arranged so they could be placed directly into the vase! Can't recommend this business enough - will definitely be purchasing again in future."
