Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel
● Open“Where do I begin? This hotel exceeded my and my husbands expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I would even go as far to say opulent. When we arrived we were put in and ADA queen room. I didn’t think much of it, but my husband checked our original reservation and we had booked a superior king room with a park view. He went down to let them know about the mix up. Doreen helped to sort everything out and to make up for the error, comped us a suite. We have never felt so cared for in the hospitality realm as we did from Doreen and the rest of the staff at Kimpton Fitzroy. We will always always stay here when we visit London going forward as a result of her and her teams exceptional service. As far as we are concerned, this is the best hotel in London. I would also like to say that every staff member at this hotel was exceptional from the door man to concierge to management. They know what they’re doing here.”

Conrad London St. James
● Open“I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

Frost of London
● Closed“I have had the best jewellery purchasing experience ever with Frosts. The item I ordered was out of stock , Louis sourced one had it in stock within a week and managed to still meet my deadline. He was without a doubt brilliant to deal with. The bangle was beautifully wrapped and came with a wonderful keepsake gift card which we will always treasure. I will undoubtedly return to Louis and Frosts whenever I am in the market for a new trinket or two. I cannot recommend Frosts and Louis highly enough.”

Blue Harbour London
● Closed“Amazed by this find in the centre of Bromley. I always feel like it’s quite difficult to find a good fresh fish restaurant in London and surroundings: they all tend to deep fry everything and that’s annoying. The Blue Harbour offers a good selection of sea delicacy, big enough portions and a lovely service from the staff. We had a warm welcome as soon as we crossed the door and it didn’t stop until we left. The menu offers a good selection of fish as well as shellfish and seafood with an add on of steak for those who also can’t give up meat! Admirable selection of wines too. Overall it’s a bit pricy, however considering the quality of the food and it’s freshness I do think it’s fair. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and come back for the halibut!!”

Camberry London
● Closed9 Camden Lock Market, London NW1 8AF, United Kingdom“We absolutely loved this shop. They have several branches in the market, and the one we went to was on the ground floor behind all the food stores near the canal itself. The staff were amazing (a cute, very well dressed guy with shoulder length hair who we think was Spanish, and a lovely Italian girl who had more of a French accent and a big smile) and gave great advice on what would or would not suit us. I was after a waistcoat for my wedding and they had exactly what I was looking for, and in the end I also took a jacket and trousers. The prices are really competitive - around £240 for a cool, 3 piece tweed suit is amazing. One of my fave shops now.”

Hart Shoreditch Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton
● Open“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

InterContinental London - the O2, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Great location and nice hotel right next door to the O2. The rooms are well proportioned with a comfy bed. The reception and bar staff are very attentive and always happy to help. I had an amazing view out over the O2 arena, but all directions have something to see. More expensive than most hotels I stay in, but worth it!”

Hackett London Regent Street
● Closed“I have liked the Hackett brand for quite a few years now, I usually purchase my Hackett clothes, mainly polo shirts in Dubai so it was great to visit the Hackett shop in London. I was very happy with the service to help me find what I wanted, the assistant knew my size just by looking at me and the polo shirts were a perfect fit. Nicely designed shop also. You pay more than the average shop but the quality means the shirts will last many years.”

London Koncepts
● Closed“I performed a lot of research into mid-to-high range kitchens such as Howdens and John Lewis. I found that their approach was too objective, too focused on getting a quick sale, and not considerate of what we needed. This prompted me to look at an independent seller which is how I was recommended London Koncepts. As this was to a be a 'long term' kitchen we wanted to ensure that we didn't want to rush our choice. The manager looked at our plans closely, asked us lots of questions what we were trying to achieve (we're a family house, needing more storage, we like cooking a lot etc), our taste and of course, our budget. The manager was able to show us a great range of designs and rather than focus on us buying the most expensive product, quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was right. The team came to our house that week to size up the fitting and within a few days we had a great set of 3D drawings. As our kitchen is in a basement, the manager was able to explain the sort of worktops we needed, lighting and all fittings. From start to finish, the manager appraised us at each step of the delivery process, and we didn't have any issues regarding the kitchen parts (nothing broken or missing) or the fitting. I can't recommend London Koncepts highly enough. It isn't Wren or B&Q, it's a lot better than those so please don't waste your time if you're looking for a cheap kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen thanks to the manager.”

Hotel Indigo London - Kensington, an IHG Hotel
● Open“This hotel was perfect for us. We really liked being right at Earl's Court. Very convenient to jump on the tube and get to anywhere we needed to go. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Victoria was awesome at helping us get our room situated (first one the tv didn't work), second one the tub drain didn't work. But you're going to have these types of issues in an older hotel. Victoria kept at it until she got us accommodated like we wanted. Thank you! But we would def stay here again. Loved the breakfast, staff were absolutely fabulous. Alicia, Hannah, Maria and Sharven were so happy to serve you every morning. They did a great job! Can't wait to come back.”

Montcalm Royal London House
● Open22-25 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DX, United Kingdom“Went to the spa here. Very lovely place. Staff were friendly from all areas. Facilities were small and average. Sauna out of order which my partner always enjoys. Not much privacy around the spa. We both got a massage and it was amazing. Both masseurs Rosa and Suna were lovely and friendly and did really good jobs. Definitely the best part of the visit. Don't think it was completely worth the money as you only get 1 hour use of facilities with offer.”

The Standard, London
● Open“We stayed in the King of Kings room, and we had such a wonderful time here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed every second we spent sleeping and relaxing here. The service was amazing - no other hotel we have stayed at before or since can compare to the Standard's level of customer service. Thank you so much, and we will definitely be back in the future!”

The Westbridge Hotel London Stratford
● Open“I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).”
