I have seen huge improvements in his throwing, catching, jumping and running skills. Coach Grant is wonderful! He is so patient with the children. “Both my daughters have been to Katey's House in Ham - I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. It's such a wonderful place for the little ones to thrive. It's in a lovely setting with access to lots of green space; the kids learn about all sorts of fascinating things and even grow their own food and bake their own bread every Friday. The staff are both professional and warm with the children and give you every confidence in their level of care. The preparation for "big school" is also excellent - with an adorable graduation ceremony and lots of talking to prepare them for the milestone. In short, so much effort goes into making the children feel loved and happy, and both my daughters have thrived there.”

“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

“Matt and Em looked after our dog Fig while we were away on holiday. They were fantastic and we got lots of regular updates with photos. Its clear how much they both love dogs, they put us completely at ease and we knew he was in great hands. Fig absolutely loved them and I think he was pretty devastated when they left. They also took great care of our flat and we arrived home to a cleaner flat than when we left. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much Matt and Em.”

“We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“Quirky little cafe-bar. Had a perfectly nice pot of tea and a really good pain chocolat. I was the only customer in and me and the owner Ken spent the whole time chatting, mostly about photography. Many of his are on the walls, along with several other photographers. There's also a lot of music instruments hanging on the walls and ceiling, Mozart-themed chocolates and other gifts (as the name might suggest) imported from Vienna, classical music playing. Overally a nice interesting place to sit and while away some time taking in the overall ambience.”

In the past I have found salons to be intimidating and have not enjoyed going, however I now really look forward to getting my hair done. My Hair Social is a friendly and welcoming salon with a lovely atmosphere. Sarah is fantastic, she has a great eye for colour and mixes me up the perfect shades of copper to suit my colouring. I get sooo many compliments on my hair! I really recommend.”

“Best barber shop in South Harrow. Chris and Julie are both very welcoming and do you an expert cut each time. Chris also makes his own products. Picked up this dry matte Clay and it's FANTASTIC. smells nice, not sticky and it kept my hair in shape all night (I have really thick hair). A bargain price for what is delivers. Highly recommend coming here and supporting this local business.”

The clinic was recommended to me by a friend after I was struggling to find a decent clinic that would provide a professional service and not overcharge. Skin rich provides a course of treatment based on individual needs with follow up & also advise on skin care and facial products according to your skin type. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable as well as being really nice people. They gave me a very warm welcome at my initial consultation which put me at ease straight away. The clinic itself is also very professional looking so you do really get what you pay for! I would highly recommend.”

“I took up salsa lessons 7 months ago ,I've become addicted to it my first teachers are Heidi and Trever from Sweetlead on a Wednesday evening, I also go to other classes on a Thursday evening and Friday evening to get more practice and floor time .I can honestly say that sweetlead is the best class to go to the Teachers have more time for you and the atmosphere is far better than the other classes I've attended . “I cannot speak too highly of Swimming Lessons London’s teaching techniques and teacher Theo in particular. I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence. Theo was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging and systematically worked on improving my capability, technique and stamina. It all goes to show that it’s never too late to start, no matter how old you are. Highly recommended for everyone.”
