I have recently taken up DIY work, and the store-owner takes his time to provide a lot of guidance and advice on usage of various products needed e.g., on casing for light-bulb switches, types of screw driver heads, gardening wares, sealant guns and many more. He really helps me to make an informed decision before a purchase - this is why I am a loyal patron of his.”

They also checked the CCTV for me last Saturday, as I withdrew £20 but forgot to take cash. It confirmed the machine took the money back and was not taken, suggested I contact the bank which I did and got a refund. Great work from a new regular customer.”

“Booked a holiday to Majorca today and was supported by Suzanne in arranging it for us - Went through everything with us and all sorted - Booking online does have some advantages but nothing beats face to face conversations with someone so knowledgable and we had a few questions which were easily resolved for us by Suzanne - only downside of booking a holiday now is the non excitement of receiving all your paperwork and tickets through the post - all digital now - I must accept time moves on !”

Had a service from in time and was quoted 4 weeks, this took 6 weeks but was in no rush to have watch back.The watch came back in perfect working order keeping good time and power reserve, this cost half the price quoted by the watch lab. Thoroughly happy with the service provided and good customer service as was kept informed when requesting an update.”
