"Really bad experience and customer service. My nail polish came off after 5hrs and they refused to let me talk to the manager and give me a refund, neither part of it. they said they don't do refund coz of their company policy, without inform customers in advance. also is normal for them that a manicure last 5hrs. I agree with 3.1 stars"

"I have been there today unfortunately I have to say I shouldn’t have went there :( I was waiting almost 2 months to get eye brows enough grow to make the proper shape for my face and I asked one of the ladies there, please threatened it jus a bit NOOO TO SLIM and she did the opposite, amazing result I did not notice until I back home God she did amazing 90s styles a bloody line on my face. Thanks and please teach them a bit of English or common sense that in the 2023 nobody want a ugly 90s eye brows style."

"Awful service, very rude staff and appalling job. They have ruined my eye lashes and permed them rather than given me a lash lift. My lashes look terrible and shorter and are extremely dry now. This is the opposite to what I requested. They will not refund me my money will only redo my lashes but you cannot do this as this may make my lashes fall off if they are over processed. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as legally I am owed my money back as the service is not what I asked. They also spoke in another language in the treatment room to each other which is very rude and disrespectful. Do not go here. I will be spreading the word on social media."

"Avoid having your manicure here! I had shellac done and it’s very messy and after 30 minutes of having them done they were already peeling off! The electric nail file they use is also quite painful and harsh on the nail! I would definitely avoid this and I will never come back! Very disappointed!"

"Terrible work!! White gel polish all over the cuticle and uneven work around the edges. Very poor quality. When I asked to remove the nail polish from the cuticle, the staff replied it would peel the gel itself! Should have been offered a do-over. Instead the staff member blamed white gel being one of the most difficult to apply. But that’s not an excuse for a supposed professional! Do NOT recommend this place to anyone and will never visit again"
