“It was one of my nicest stays at all. I liked everything about the hotel. The central location, the helpful staff, the modern and clean rooms, the ground seating area and the free coffee and tea. Highly recommend this hotel for those with limited budget but still want a private rom with bath in central London. Just try to book at least two months in advance as I did to get the best prices.”

“Travelling with the family, first time at the Hilton, we just love it. Great service, comfortable rooms, good location, sound isolation, elevators availability is wonderful, staff is really welcoming and helpful and even the breakfast is tasty and full with a selection of ingredients to choose from. Oh, I must mention the very efficient, quiet and cool air condition and the unbelievable bed mattress.... we did not want to wake up! Thumbs up!”

“Situated in a very convenient location in Central London. I went to Vombat during my office visit. Front office service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. Provided detailed information about the facility. The rooms were very nice. I've met lots of nice people there. All the beds are provided with very clean linen and a separate locker. Washrooms were also clean and tidy but it depends on whom you are in your dorm. They have a nice cozy bar on the ground floor and a separate laundry and a kitchen as well. Worth the price and very cheap compared to the other same kind of facilities in London.”

“What great staff in this Premier Inn. Lovely rooms, breakfast is lovely too. Cannot recommend staying here enough. We are just home after a lovely two days staying in a family room. Super clean rooms and very comfy beds. Thanks to all the staff. So friendly and welcoming. Every staff member we met were so lovely. Will definitely stay here again. Close to explore what London has to offer with the underground and Bricklane so close too. A great vibe here too.”

“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. “I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).”

“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“My sister was staying here on business and we went to check into the hotel. The details this hotel has paid attention to is unreal. Each room is tastefully decorated and the people who work there are exceptionally attentive. There are free sweets and flavoured water at reception and the hotel smells incredible everywhere you go. The views from the room are stunning and I love the idea of window seats. You can have your coffee to go ready for the morning and their rooftop bar has stunning views also. There are mini cuckoo clocks in the room, organic bedsheets and comfy pillows. I would love to stay here in the future with my partner.”

“Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids lived in this very nice hotel for three nights during March 2023. It is a very nice hotel, with overall nice rooms and very good service. We booked two rooms, one studio suite to serve as day-time room and sleeping accommodation and an additional standard room (a.k.a. "cozy room") to make sleeping for the four of us less crowded. The kids no longer want to share a sofa bed :) There is a significant difference in standard between the studio suite and the standard/cozy room. The studio suite is very nicely furnished, but the cozy room is quite sparsely furnished, and doesn't for instance have bedside lights. So it's rather sterile really. But it didn't matter to us since we spent daytime for the entire family in the studio suite. Recommendation if you want to stay here is to book an upgraded room.”

“Had a fantastic night for a work colleague birthday celebration ... had the lamb masala not too overly hot with pepper but the lamb was tender and succulent the peshawari naan just the right sweet for me.... the chef would pop out every so often ... but on leaving I had to go over and congratulate him on his excellent cooking... I only saw empty plates being collected ... the staff were accommodating.... the parking at rear made for good ease of access ... would definitely return...”

“Spent the night in the hotel before flying off to Athens. There is a covered walk to Terminal 5. Maria the receptionist greeted us and was so welcoming, friendly and professional. We checked in and checked out fabulous room. King-size bed, shower cubicle and separate bath, towelling robes and slippers. Loads of extras, natural loofah scrub and Balmain toiletries. We had breakfast the next morning and there was everything you could wish for. Highly recommended. It's not cheap but a perfect way to start your holiday. View of runway, room very quiet.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”
