Genuinely a very friendly team that made my experience with renting my flat so smooth. I needed to change my double glazing windows, my technicians let me down by stalling. So when I instructed Stephanie at knights I had a quote in 2 days and completion in 5 days AND it was around £300 cheaper than the window technician that was meant to be a family friend. They were also able to fix a light switch fitting in two days for me. They basically take care of everything and they got me a higher rent rate than my previous letting agent.
