“As always, the service is amazing, but today they went above and beyond, specially the gentleman that seated us (I think his name is Frank). Firstly we arrived around 8 PM with no reservation (I know, big mistake considering which day is today, we went expecting the chance to have to eat somewhere else), and even though the restaurant was fully booked he still went the extra mile to find us a place. While waiting for our drinks and food I noticed how busy it was, how all the staff was almost running around without a chance to stop, and still everyone was friendly and professional. This deserves a huge appreciation for all the team. While waiting for our food I realised that probably a lot of people will be coming with flowers, which I am extremely allergic to (actually I realised when a couple came in with flowers). Again, this lovely gentleman took the challenge to have that in mind when seating other people around us (which I know it's a big inconvenience and I felt so awful for putting them in that position). I can't say how grateful I am for being able to have the chance to enjoy dinner without worrying about that. Food was amazing like always, our server was more than amazing. 10/10”

“I have never been to their location when they had one, so cant comment on inhouse service. I only ever use them on delivery apps. So far I have found the sushi to be really good, if i want decent shushi they are my go to. Fairly decently priced, quick to deliver and they never get my order wrong (so far). Not tried hot food though. All in all I guess I'm lucky compared to some other reviews here.”

“Have to say the staff and customer service is absolutely top notch, super helpful and friendly people, couldn't ask for better! For the price, the pizzas are exceptionally good, vastly prefer the taste of Fat Pizza's Pizza (and quality) to Domino's, and with them constantly offering multiple free pizzas through their app on top of an already surprisingly cheap price, it's fast becoming my favourite place to order from when I get the rumblies. Good, cheap food.”

The delivery driver called the store and the person who answered, offered straight away to remake the pizza without any questions, and the deliver guy was back at my door in 10 mins. Everyone and anyone can make mistakes but it's how you deal with the mistake that counts. Top customer service and really looked after the customer on what must be a busy Saturday evening. “I ordered over the phone for collection and spoke with Muhammad. Lovely guy, great customer service, I ordered and was told 15 minutes my order will be ready. Pizza was amazing, pepperoni, chicken tikka toppings are the best, amazing nachos my kids loved it and the BBQ chicken wings were great! The milkshakes are also delicious. 100% halal and the service was fab. Definitely will be returning back here again.”

“I tried this branch of Tops Pizza for the first time yesterday. Ordered the Supersize one and after tasting it, good gosh! What an amazingly tasty pizza it was! The toppings, the dough, the crust, the cheese. Everything was perfect! Fresh and flavoursome. I've had Tops Pizza from other branches and they can be a hit or miss but this one definitely is a big hit! There were 2 female staffs working at the time I went to order my pizza and I think they really put the care and attention into preparing them. The pizza was so damn good that I would order it again! Please keep the standard of quality like this and you will always have customers coming for more!”
