"The adult class is excellent. Wonderful to do some warm up and stretching exercises to start . Amazing tuition and encouragement. Only wish would be that there would be more adult classes each week , or that class was longer as time goes so quickly . The hall is warm And parking is easy . Highly recommend this class"
