PIANO WEEK International Festival & Summer School
● Open“Piano Week in December 2020 was a wonderful experience. I am a piano/music novice with just over a year experience and as an adult learner, I wanted an experience with first rate teachers in a comfortable environment to gauge where I was and how to move forward. Piano Week exceeded every expectation. I was able to work on a variety of pieces and accomplished several "firsts" - performing in front of others (virtually), composing, improvisation, while also getting wonderful coaching on how to polish a piece, how to start a piece, technical exercises, organizing practice time, etc. I walked away inspired by the quality of the teachers and grateful they were able to connect with a novice player, pick me up where I was and give me some tools to move forward! Wonderful chance to get focused exposure to world class musicians and teachers. I took the class remotely from the comfort of home but the logistics and attention to detail were very professional! Wonderful professional staff, great participants - highly recommended!”

The canteen chef is also incredible, literally incredible!”

Aqua Skills Swim School
● Open“Lovely swimming school with excellent teachers. They take great care in ensuring children are happy and comfortable in the water before teaching them excellent technique in each of the four main strokes. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve. A great swim school that we'd highly recommend.”

The London Wing Chun Academy
● Closed“I've trained here for a few months now, and feel it's an excellent place to train. I've trained at several martial arts clubs over the years, both good and not so good. I'm pleased to say that London Wing Chun Academy is one of the best places I ever trained. Great instructors, really observant, supportive and knowledgeable. The type of training really works got me, because it includes plenty of practical application, and a good amount of pad work. It's a really welcoming place to train too, a good spirit amongst those that train there. Finally, it's a well-equipped centre with plenty of bags, wooden dummies, and a weights section. I wish I'd started training here earlier!”

Salsa Tropical London - Private Lessons
● Closed“I was a complete beginner and tried a number of other classes before deciding on Salsa Tropical. My experience with others varied from good to absolutely off putting and discouraging. I eventually came across Maria's classes through Londonsalsa. Maria and her team are really great teachers. They are always attentive and observant, picking up on small details when you make mistakes to help improve your overall styling. There are several classes to ensure you are with others of the same level. Each class always has a male and female lead, who participate in all the exercises so they dance with you during the lessons. Great way to identify any mistakes. There is always a lot of emphasis on timing, technique, and styling, but above all, the environment is friendly, fun and supportive. Definitely recommend Salsa Tropical if you are looking to start or improve Salsa!”
